Local firm Beechfield Brands Ltd have kindly agreed to sponsor Bury Athletic Club. Managing Director Roger McHugh is seen here agreeing the deal with Roger Morley, Director of BAC Facilities Ltd and Club Chairman Mark Granby.
Beechfield are based less than a mile away from the Athletic Club on Warth Industrial Park. They design bags and hats and export large quantities of merchandise to Europe. What makes Beechfield’s generosity more remarkable is that they were caught in the horrendous Boxing Day floods only 7 months ago and lost a huge amount of stock, but like a good athlete they have bounced back and are firmly back on track.
