We are nearly in a position to start issuing the new club membership cards to members who have registered on the club’s attendli membership system. We are finalising arrangements with the system developer to be able to collect subscriptions, affiliation fees and training fees through the system.
We now need those members who have registered on the system to ensure that the details that are recorded for them, or in the case of parents/carers their child, are completely accurate. To do this you should log in to the system via the log-in:
Once logged in you will be taken to the dashboard ‘home’ screen. On the left hand side of the screen you will see the below:
Click on ‘My Details’ and ensure that all the information is accurate. If necessary update it with current information and ensure that you have selected the correct membership type (i.e. for senior competitive members select ‘Seniors Full or Competitive membership £47.00 or for under 11s select ‘Under 11s Full membership £15) then click on the blue ‘save’ button at the bottom of the page. The system will inform you that the new details have been saved. You can then return to the dashboard by clicking on the word ‘Dashboard’ on the left hand side tool bar.
You will notice that at the top of the My Details page that you have an ID code that starts with BUAC10000 followed by three further numbers. This is your unique membership number and it is the number that will be on your club membership card. There is a one off fee of £5 for your new membership card and we will collect this through the system. Please take good care of your card as unlike previous cards it is not for a single year. If it lost or damaged there is a further £5 fee for a replacement.
We will soon be collecting the membership fees and once you have paid for your card and your membership fee your card will be issued to you. It will be available to be collected at the track on club training nights. You must then use it to book into club training sessions.
It is our aim to have cards issued and to have the ‘booking in’ system in place by 1st June at the latest.
