When you next pass by the club changing rooms you will see a large yellow box now in place by the door. The club’s defibrillator is safely housed inside this heated box and is now accessible for an emergency even when the changing rooms are closed.

The cost of the box and it’s instalment has been kindly funded by the local Trust, BRIS (Bury Relief In Sickness) which also funded the container next to the groundsmen’s cabin which houses the Wheels For All bikes.

As the defibrillator is now accessible for more hours of the day, we have registered it on The Circuit which is the National Defibrillator Network and is linked to the North West Ambulance service.
