Entries Still Open for the Bury AC Track Miles Event

On Sunday 24th August Bury AC are hosting a track miles event in conjunction with the British Milers Club.

The meeting starts at 2.00pm with a programme of middle distance races that will also include a world record attempt for the 4 x 800m relay by a M35 team. The BMC programme will include races over 800m and 5000m as well as their own mile races.

Entries are still open for athletes to test themselves over the iconic mile distance in the Bury Open event. Entries can be made through Sports Soft via this link: https://www.race-results.co.uk/results/2025/#7

It will be a superb afternoon of athletics. Why not race and then watch some great racing enjoying a quick beer at our trackside bar. With it being the bank holiday Monday the following day there will be no need to rush off early for work.
